What this is

This site is an independent directory of medical spa businesses across Connecticut, currently listing 395 of them. It exists for people trying to figure out where to get laser treatments, injectables, facials, or other med spa services done well, without wading through paid ads dressed up as recommendations. Whether you’re comparing a few options in Fairfield County or trying to find anything decent near Hartford, the goal is the same: give you an honest, data-backed starting point.

Where the listings come from

Every business on this site starts with public business information: name, address, services, hours, licensing details where available. We pair that with a synthesis of recent Google reviews for each business. We don’t copy or republish the review text itself. Instead, we read the pattern of recent feedback and summarize what it suggests about consistency, service quality, and client experience, then link out to the business’s actual Google listing so you can read the original reviews yourself and form your own opinion.

How ranking actually works

Rankings come from a published rubric applied to that same data: review sentiment, review recency, consistency over time, and other measurable factors, all explained in full on our /methodology/ page. There’s no manual thumb on the scale and no way to buy a better position. A business owner can contact us to correct factual details, a wrong phone number, an outdated address, a service that’s no longer offered, but they cannot edit their own score, sentiment summary, or rank. That separation is the whole point of the directory: the facts can be fixed by the business, the judgment can’t.

Sponsorship, when it appears

Some pages may include sponsored placements. These are always labeled “Sponsored,” displayed in a separate section from the earned rankings, and never blended into or counted toward a business’s actual position on the list. If a listing ranks third, it’s because the data put it third, not because of anything it paid for.

Who’s behind it and how often it’s updated

This directory is published by Sarah Media. Sarah has spent 10 years in medical spa marketing and built this site to rank businesses by genuine, current customer feedback rather than advertising spend. She maintains the rankings and reviews the data personally. The full directory refreshes monthly, and individual listings carry a “last verified” date so you can see exactly how current a given entry is rather than taking freshness on faith.
